The main features of this system include the following points: 1. Maturity (degree-hour accumulation) management We utilize the maturity method, which estimates concrete strength based on the relationship between curing temperature and curing time (degree-hour accumulation), as a tool for monitoring quality control. 2. Automation of temperature control The temperature in the curing chamber is adjusted based on a pre-set temperature curve. This allows operators to be freed from manual temperature adjustments, leading to improved and stabilized product quality. 3. Real-time monitoring Measured temperatures and degree-hour accumulations are displayed in real-time on a web interface, and alerts can be issued immediately when abnormalities are detected. This enables rapid and effective countermeasures. 4.
